Activities Overview

District Information Desk

A) Information regarding the spread of agriculture, education, health and tourism through updating Chandpur district information is being regularly updated in line with the aim of building Vision 2021 and Digital Bangladesh.

Placing Front Desk

In order to speed up the district administration by speeding up the grievances of the people and properly reporting about the positive and timely actions of the people and the administration of the philanthropic and family administration initiated by the government, FrontDesk has been set up on the lower floor of Chandpur Deputy Commissioner's Office. Public awareness of digital Bangladesh

A) Seminar on 'Digital Bangladesh and our doings' has been organized in the district and upazilas under the supervision of the Deputy Commissioner, to create awareness among the people of all walks of the society.

(B) The Deputy Commissioner himself is conducting extensive incentive programs on the implementation of digital Bangladesh in various seminars. During the various Upazila tour, he was meeting in the meeting of the representatives of the district, public officials, journalists and local people in a meeting with Digital Bangladesh. In these meetings, the Deputy Administrator has highlighted the public awareness of the dynamics of drug trafficking and misuse of the Digital Bangladesh and the development of digital Bangladesh as well as highlighting the achievements of the government in the last one and a half years. The government's image is flowing to everyone. In addition to inspecting different educational institutions in the district, the Deputy Commissioners are giving a good idea to the students of Digital Bangladesh and encouraging their work to build digital Bangladesh. Due to such uninterrupted efforts of the Deputy Commissioner, there has been a clear idea about the digital Bangladesh between public representatives, media, students and people, including public private office. People are strongly inspired and inspired by it.

C) Currently providing computer training to the center directors of union information and service centers. In this data center, people will be able to take other services including internet communication, compositing, printing, scanning, e-mail and other services through internet at a very short time and low cost. The information and services centers will play a pivotal role in reaching the doorstep of the people.

D) The process of providing easy and fast service to the people through the establishment of Community e-Centers at upazila level has been taken up.

E) Deputy Commissioners have played an active role in establishing 40 computer labs in eight upazilas of the district. This will increase e-learning among students including students and students. Arrangements have been made for teachers to computer training.

Education related

By 2016, the net enrollment rate in primary level is 100%, and by 2017, one of the main goals of Vision-2121 is to create an illiterate Bangladesh. Several steps have been taken by the Deputy Commissioner, Chandpur to achieve this goal:

A) Prevention of eve-teasing in order to increase women's participation in education, prevention of violence against women, public opinion is being organized by the Deputy Commissioner in various seminars. In addition to the officials of the district administration in educational institutions to get success in this regard, the departments of various departments are encouraged to visit regularly.

B) Officers of the district administration were consistently involved in publishing textbooks and making books available to the schools in order to reach free textbooks among the students. Due to intensive involvement of the district administration this year, it has been possible to reach textbooks among students during the year. Apart from the students and guardians, the people of all walks of life have expressed their feelings.

C) District and Upazila administration closely supervised stipulating activities for the students to stop falling out of schools. Besides, Upazila Executive Officers were directly involved in the construction and renovation activities of various educational institutions. This has increased the number of students in schools.

D. Seminars are organized for the upazila parishad chairmen, headmasters of primary schools, SMC presidents and upazila level officials for the upliftment of primary education. All the concerned people believe that the activities mentioned in the development of quality of elementary education will have a positive effect.

E) SSC and HSC examinations were held in this year under complete fictitious environment under the leadership of Deputy Commissioner. This has created an environment for teaching institutions in the educational institutions.

F) This is the first time that the primary education closing examination under the leadership of the Deputy Commissioner is held centrally. The government's image has been brightened due to such a thorough and thorough examination.

Land affairs

In view of unemployment reduction and poverty reduction, from June / 2015 to June / 2016, 418 landless families have been given agricultural land settlement and according to Key Performance Indicator, a total of 1845 landless families have been provided agricultural land.
